Why most cold email fails

Cold email does not fail because the channel is dead. It fails because most of it is written like a broadcast, not a conversation. Generic intros. Vague value propositions. CTAs that ask for too much too soon.

A well-written cold email sequence is built on three things: a specific person reading it, a relevant trigger that justifies the reach-out, and a single, low-friction ask. Get those three right and the reply rate changes fast.

What we actually write

We write sequences for B2B companies doing outbound. Typically 3-7 emails per sequence, structured as: pattern interrupt opener, problem framing, social proof, and a soft CTA that escalates over the sequence. We do not write blasts. We write sequences designed for a specific ICP and role.

Each sequence includes subject line variants so you can test before scaling. We also write the follow-up cadence, because that is where most of the replies come from.

What we need from you

A completed brief covering your ICP (industry, role, company size), your core offer, what triggers should qualify a prospect, and two or three objections your prospects typically raise. We do not need a full spec. We need enough to write with authority rather than guessing.
